By accessing, registering, or using any services provided by phwin, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions.
• You agree to be bound by all provisions contained herein.
• You meet the eligibility requirements set by phwin, including the minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Your use of the phwin platform is for personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of any third party.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and phwin ("Platform", "We" or "phwin"). This document should be read together with phwin's Privacy Policy and any other policies published on the platform, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and phwin.

To register and use the phwin platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. phwin will not open an account or permit use by anyone below this age.
• Legal Capacity: You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from using online gambling services.
• User Responsibilities: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the phwin platform is legal and permitted under the laws of the state or territory in which you are located.

Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and may result in legal action.

One Account Per Individual: Each individual is permitted to own and use only one (1) active phwin account. Owning or using more than one account — whether under your own name, someone else's name, or with false information — is strictly prohibited and may result in:

• Permanent suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
• Forfeiture of all account balances and pending winnings.
• Permanent blocking from the phwin platform.
• Referral to relevant authorities where necessary.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phwin account username and password. phwin will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. You must notify the phwin support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.

Identity Verification: phwin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal that exceeds a certain threshold. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your Malaysian identity card, a bank statement, or proof of current address. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal being delayed or the account being temporarily suspended.

Currency: All transactions on the phwin platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). phwin does not accept or process payments in foreign currencies.

Transaction Limits:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 every transaction

• Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits can be set by members themselves through the self-control settings in their phwin account.

Processing Time: Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 3 business hours. First-time withdrawals and those exceeding RM50,000 require additional verification, which may take up to 3–7 business days.

Third-Party Funds: phwin does not accept deposits from accounts or credit cards that are not in your name. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered under your own name. Funds deposited via third-party methods may be confiscated and the associated account may be closed.

Rollover Requirements: All phwin bonuses are subject to rollover requirements before winnings derived from those bonuses can be withdrawn as cash. Rollover requirements are clearly stated in the terms of each individual bonus. For example, a bonus with a ×5 rollover requirement means you must wager five times the bonus amount received before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

General Bonus Rules:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Phwin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if there is evidence of misuse or fraud.
• If you make a withdrawal before meeting the rollover requirements, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings that have not yet qualified will be forfeited.

Bet Verification: A bet is only considered valid once the bet slip displays a "Confirmed" status and a unique reference number has been assigned. phwin is not liable for bets that fail to be confirmed due to internet connectivity issues or technical disruptions on the user's end.

In-Play Betting: Bets placed during a live match ("in-play") are accepted at the odds applicable at the time the bet is confirmed, not at the time you first clicked. Internet connection delays may result in a bet being confirmed at odds different from those displayed on your screen.

Suspended or Cancelled Matches:

• If a match is suspended before it begins, all bets will be voided and stakes fully refunded.
• If a match is suspended after it has started but before it is completed, the settlement of bets depends on how much of the match has been played and the specific league rules as outlined in phwin's betting regulations.
• For matches that meet the minimum duration requirement, phwin will settle bets based on the score at the time the match was stopped.

Bet Rejection & Cancellation: phwin reserves the right to reject or void any bet reasonably believed to have been placed based on insider information, market manipulation, or any form of fraud. phwin's decision in such matters is final.

Progressive Jackpot:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phwin platform and may result in immediate account closure and legal action:

• Fraud and Manipulation: Any attempt to cheat, manipulate the betting system, or exploit technical vulnerabilities on the phwin platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the phwin platform for money laundering or financing any illegal activities.
• Multiple Accounts: Owning or using more than one phwin account for any purpose, including to repeatedly claim bonuses.
• Use of Bots or Automated Software: Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to access or operate the phwin platform without authorisation.
• Bonus Abuse: Placing bets solely to fulfill bonus rollover requirements without genuine play intent, including through hedging techniques clearly designed to exploit bonus offers.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another individual to use your phwin account, or using someone else's account.
• False Information: Providing false or misleading personal information, verification documents or payment details.

Phwin reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time for the following reasons:

• Evidence or suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Breach of any provision under these Terms and Conditions.
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Account Closure by User: You may close your phwin account at any time by contacting our support team via email or Live Chat. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled according to actual results, and any remaining balance after settlement will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

Inactive Account: Accounts that show no activity (login, deposit, betting, or gameplay) for 12 consecutive months are classified as inactive. phwin reserves the right to charge an account maintenance fee for inactive accounts as outlined in the platform's current policy.

Language: phwin's Terms and Conditions are published in Bahasa Melayu as the primary language. Should any translation into another language exist, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
